How does the customization process work?

Firstly, complete the form above. Everything will be created around your answers.

Once submitted, expect an email in within 48 hrs of your FREE PDF dossier that will include a mood board, sketches , the cost and more!

We will go back and forth as many times as needed, until your ideas and my design match.

We can either communicate over emails or WhatsApp, depending on your preferences.

What materials do you use?

From prep to the coating , we only use professional products.

Before any paint will touch the shoes, the outside leather will have to be prepared so that the paint can get into the texture of it. The protective wax is cleaned off with ‘Angelus preparer and glazer’. For the designs , our to go paints are from Angelus .

In terms of protection (seal) , I use the Angelus Satin/Gloss Top Coat .

I want a pair of custom shoes but I'm unsure of the design.

You may only have an idea.. or hundreds of ideas but you aren’t 100% confident in them.

Before I’ll start working on the design, I’ll ask you to complete the form so I can have a better understanding of your style , ideas and desired final product.

If you think your ideas don’t make any sense or they are all over the place, don’t worry! I will work 1 to 1 with you until you are 100% happy with the sketches and we can move to the next steps.

Are they waterproof? What about durable?

Once everything is done in terms of the painting, it’s time to seal!

I use a leather varnish to protect the design from water and sun. At least two layers are applied after the artwork is fully dried.

Although they resist water, I would recommend to keep them away from heavy rain and muddy areas.

Please clean them by only wiping them with wet wipes or a cloth and soapy water.

Do not use acetone on them. Do not put them in the washer/dryer.

Keep in mind that all sneakers will eventually crease . The paint I use it’s leather friendly but it can get damaged if not treated with a bit more care. Don’t forget to treat your custom as pieces of art!

How long does it take to complete a custom order?

Please allow between 3-5 weeks for your order to be shipped, once the deposit is received.

If you need the order in within a specific timeframe ,let me know and I will advise if I can work around you.

Can you paint on old trainers?

Yes! If you already have a pair of shoes you want to bring back to life, let me know through the Quote Form. Please make sure they are clean and not damaged as this can affect the lifespan of the design.

Please advise what are they made of (leather, fabric)

It will be down to you to ship them to me, and I’ll cover the shipping back.
